But, we're talking about a Fashion Dolls Catalog here........ As "Phyllis Originals" I have been designing clothes for Gene since 1995, when Glenn Mandeville requested some Christmas outfits for Gene....that was the beginning ( and watch out, Gene is addictive).

Beauregard Houston-Montgomery featured two of my Gene outfits in his article on Miss Seventeen in the August, 1997 issue of Doll Reader on page 70 & 72 (yes, Miss 17 can wear Gene's clothes)...and also in the Premiere issue of CANDI, December 1997, on the last page before the back cover. He has a new book out "Designer Fashion Dolls" and these outfits are featured on page 106 and again on the back cover.

Gene lovers who own "Phyllis Originals" for their girls criss-cross the country...from Maine to Florida, California to New Jersey, and everywhere in between....mostly thanks to the Internet and of course, the U.S.Mail and UPS.
